CONDITIONS:

  1. The cottages are only available after 3.00pm and it is appreciated if they can be vacated by 10.00a.m., this is to allow time for thorough cleaning.
  2. Cheques for the one-third deposit should be made payable to 'S Shaw'. The balance is due 4 weeks before date of arrival.
  3. If holidays are cancelled (for whatever reason) after the final balance has been paid, they will be non-refundable. You are therefore advised to take out cancellation insurance for your own protection.
